Ben Dixon
Director / Owner
Ben brings over 20 years of combined management and construction experience to All Inspired Services. His hands-on background spans residential renovations, home extensions, and complete builds, including bespoke tiny homes and container homes. With a strong focus on quality workmanship, clear communication, and practical solutions, Ben leads the team with a commitment to delivering well-built spaces that meet both client expectations and real-world needs.
Jonny Lilley
Operations Manager
Jonny brings over 20 years of experience in the building and maintenance industry, with a strong background in bathroom renovations and landscaping. His primary focus is ensuring every project is delivered to a high standard and that each client is completely satisfied with the finished result.
Elise brings over 15 years of experience in customer service and office administration, with a strong background supporting QBCC-licensed building and restoration companies. Her role includes coordinating trades, arranging quotes, and managing invoicing to ensure projects run smoothly behind the scenes. Qualified with diplomas in business and management, Elise enjoys working closely with clients to provide clear, helpful support throughout the build process.

Dan is an all-round carpenter and earthmover with 24 years of hands-on experience across all aspects of construction. From excavation and groundworks through to complete builds, he is highly skilled in working from plans or reference images to deliver quality results. Through his experience with DRC Excavations and Construction, Dan brings A-grade knowledge, a strong work ethic, and a can-do attitude to every project. He has teamed up with All Inspired Services to help deliver outstanding quality and finish.
Originally from Aotearoa (New Zealand), Mita began his carpentry apprenticeship in 1987 and brings more than 35 years of industry experience. His background includes large-scale residential builds, including a 50-apartment development overlooking the Hawke’s Bay harbour. Known for his solid workmanship, reliability, and pride in his craft, Mita is a man of his word who completes every task to schedule and to a professional standard. He is proud to be part of the All Inspired Services team.

Jake Robert
Jake is a qualified tradesman with over 10 years of industry experience, he completed his apprenticeship working on residential raise-and-build projects, including heritage homes in the Ipswich region. His skill set includes bathrooms, decks, internal fit-outs, and minor tiling and plastering works. Jake also brings experience from large commercial construction sites and insurance flood restoration projects across Queensland, making him a versatile and reliable member of the team.
